The midstream sector made its mark in public markets recently, successfully launching an IPO, a hybrid offering linked to a top-tier player, and the IPO of common units representing a 9.9% limited partner interest in EQT GP Holdings LP. PennTex Midstream Partners LP (NASDAQ: PTXP) priced an offering of 11.25 million common units at the midpoint of the $19 to $21 offering range, raising gross proceeds of $225 million. PennTex Midstream Partners will provide natural gas gathering and processing, as well as residue gas and natural gas liquids transportation, to E&Ps in the Terryville complex in northern Louisiana, including Memorial Resource Development Corp.
