Legacy Reserves LP acquires bolt-on acreage

Legacy Reserves LP (Nasdaq: LGCY) announced in late March agreements to buy oil-weighted properties in Chaves County, N.M., and Sheridan County, Mont., for $112 million. The properties produce approximately 890 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boe/d) and contain estimated proved reserves of approximately 9 million boe (MMboe), 95% oil. The assets are over 95% operated.
