Starting from May 1, export oil duty in Russia increased by 5.6 percent, jumping from $268.9 to $284 per ton. Meanwhile, the duty on liquefied hydrocarbon gases was reduced from $65 to $53 per ton, while the exports of East Siberian crude will continue on zero duty.
