Taming the Flame Gazprom Neft Takes Steps to Solve its APG Flaring Problem

SIBUR Holding's modernized Vyngapur gas-processing plant in Russia's Yamal region has increased associated petroleum gas (APG) processing by up to 99 percent after introducing a new production unit for low-temperature condensation and rectification (LTCR). The plant has expanded it's facilities to increase gas processing capacities by 0.75 billion cubic meters (bcm), boosting total APG processing to 2.4 bcm per year.
