IN MEMORIAM

It is with a great deal of sadness that the Oil and Gas Investor staff and Hart Energy announce that Director of Business Development Phil Thompson passed away suddenly on September 15 at his home in Colleyville, outside of Dallas. Since joining the company about one year ago, he brought an infectious smile to those around him. Though his stint with Hart was short, Phil's contribution to Oil and Gas Investor was significant and he will be missed by everyone who knew him.
