STATISTICAL HIGHLIGHTS

Provisional estimates for OPEC crude-oil production in August 2008 totalled 32.8 mn bpd, including a provisional estimate 2.4 mn bpd from Iraq. For the 13 members of OPEC, NGLs production for August is 3.5 mn bpd, bringing total combined production of crude oil and NGLs to 36.3 mn bpd, an increase from August 2007 of 1 mn bpd or 2.8%.
