Welcome to 2015 and the Year of the Goat- "kozyol" in Russian and you all know what that means. If you've read last month's editorial you know my attitude. And this month things have gotten worse. It's a tradition at OGE to reflect on the past year and try to forecast what might be in store for 2015. This year, our editor Bojan Soc decided to pick the best and the worst news events - five happenings in each category. The problem? Bojan thought hard; he asked around - he even asked me - and while he could easily find the worst five events (in fact many more); he could only count off four in "the best of the year" category.
