NOVA SCOTIA LOOKS OFFSHORE

Marine renewables like offshore wind, wave and tidal technologies are catching on around the world, and Nova Scotia is open to giving it a try. By passing the Marine Renewable Energy Act, the Nova Scotia legislature is hoping to harness these innovative technologies to help reduce fossil fuel consumption and create jobs in the province while adding power to its grid.
