Some of the best and brightest in Alberta's energy industry celebrated the 2015 winners at the second annual Young Women in Energy (YWE) awards gala in October. Joining the 2014 winners are 10 women the committee selected based on their leadership, innovation and demonstrated drive to change the face of energy: 1. Ruth Amarilla, manager, strategic spend management, ConocoPhillips Canada; 2. Vicki Ballance, manager, regulatory affairs, Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers; 3. Pam Garden, senior employee experience specialist, Enerplus; 4. Tulika Gupta, analyst, major projects to executive vice-president, Suncor Energy.
