Premier Rachel Notley is determined not to let Alberta's market access issue get swept under the proverbial rug. "We know ultimately that we want to get the best price for our product and that there are a number of different ways to do that, and market access is one component of that," she told a teleconference after meeting with Quebec's Premier Philippe Couillard. "We will continue along the same strategies focused on that objective.... We know, generally speaking, that market access has to improve."
