There's good money in producing bio-fuels. And there's even better money in pretending to produce biofuels. James Jariv of the United States and Nathan Stoliar of Australia have been indicted by a federal grand jury in Las Vegas for scamming $37 million out of the U.S. renewable fuel program. The alleged fraud hinged on three companies owned by the pair: Global E Marketing and MJ Biofuels in the United States, and City-Farm Biofuel Ltd. in Delta, B.C.
