For those of you who were around, think back to the fall of 1981.Rush had a ginormous hit with "Tom Sawyer." Trudeau was a big name in Liberal politics. Western Canada's service and supply sector struggled under the weight of a massive recession and the hated National Energy Program. And Roger Soucy was handed the helm of the fledgling Petroleum Services Association of Canada (PSAC).
