Windsor's wind win

The City of Windsor, which like other communities in Ontario was hit especially hard during the Great Recession, has reason to cheer.Samsung has announced that it will build a wind turbine manufacturing plant there, creating 300 full-time manufacturing jobs and up to 400 construction jobs. And, if that wasn't enough, all the steel used for construction of wind turbines will come from Ontario. That's a projected consumption of 200,000 tonnes of domestic steel a year, with a face value of $140 million, according to The Windsor Star.
