Is it possible there's more help coming for Alberta's battered oilpatch from Ed Stelmach's Tory government? Could the New Royalty Framework (NRF) be either scrapped or sufficiently adjusted that it again makes Alberta the "attractive destination for capital" promised in the bombshell "Our Fair Share" report?There are strong signals that at least some people in Edmonton actually "get it" when it comes to their beloved NRF.
