Penn West and Galleon switch up leadership rosters

Following a rough second quarter, Penn West Exploration has made a few changes at the top.Chief executive officer Bill Andrew has stepped down to become vice-chairman and has been replaced by former president and chief operating officer Murray Nunns.The move comes on the heels of a disappointing second quar-terforthe company, which saw its earnings drop 64 per cent compared to the same quarter last year. Production also declined by five per cent year over year.
