The fourth quarter of 2010 was outstanding for all energy commodities and equity indices. The benchmark S&P/TSX Capped Energy stock index matched the returns of the NYMEX Natural Gas and NYMEX West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil price indices. The real star performers were the oilsands stocks as indicated by the Sustainable Wealth Management Oil Sands Sector Index.
