BlackStorm Oil Production Systems (BPS) are portable pumping platforms. They replace sucker rods, downhole pipes, beam pump, polished rod, and workover rig ?declares their developer. The corrosion proof one-piece oil production designs combine durability of a thermoplastic tubing system with efficiency of an electric submersible pump. The ESP power cable and stainless steel wire rope are integrated into the flexible tubing string. This allows one-worker installation without a work-over rig and is currently engineered for 1,150 ft maximum depth.
