FLT93 Tank Level Switch is now rated for Safety Integrity Level (SIL) 2 compliant service. For oil/gas refining, chemical, and water storage applications, FLT93's compliance rating has been documented in a failure analysis report with FMEDA techniques by TUV NORD CERT GmbH testing laboratory. It is classified as a Type A subsystem in accordance to IEC 61508-1 with hardware failure tolerance of 0.
