The US Coast Guard(USCG)'s investigation into the Explosion and Sinking of the Chemical Tanker Bow Mariner in the Atlantic Ocean on 28 February 2004 with Loss of Life and Pollution was released on 3 January 2006.The investigation was conducted in cooperation with Maritime and Port Authority(MPA)of Singapore,the flag state.
