Fast Clad 105ER tank lining is new for crude oil and ethanol storage. The 100% solids single coat formulation can be holiday tested in approximately 4 hr and returned to immersion service in 8 hr. The rapid cure epoxy coating achieves required dry film thickness (DFT) in one pass. It promotes extended service life by preventing premature coating failure at vulnerable edges, angles, and weld seams, notes the manufacturer.
