Target Energy (35% working interest) has again been thwarted in its onshore US operations with the operator of the promising East Chalkley field pulling out of a long-planned development well at the last minute.Magnum Hunter Resources has announced plans to divest itself of its 65% working interest in the field, and has decided to pull the pin on drilling until the sale is concluded.
