MT.PLEASANT,Mich.- For the second consecutive year,Michigan oil and gas drilling activity appears to be on a par with activity levels for the previous year.And for the second consecutive year,respondents to Michigan Oil & Gas News' Annual Michigan Oil & Gas Drilling Activity Survey are predominantly optimistic they will drill at least as many or more holes in the coming year.
