PERTH-BASED GAWLER Resources is eyeing off a second offshore Texas development project to complement its existing High Island gas field and large North Sea exploration acreage position.Gawler,which is in the final throes of merging with ASX-listed Elixir Petroleum to secure the UK assets,has been offered a 25% working interest(18.125% net)in the Pompano gas field development and exploration project in the Gulf of Mexico's Brazos block 446L SE/4,operated by private US company AnaTexas Offshore Inc.
