Formation of Wirelike Structures in Dilute Solution of Chiral Compounds

The formation of extremely anisometric condensed phase of low-molecular-weight chiral com- pounds in dilute solutions is considered in detail. A phenomenological description of the formation of wire- like structures consistent with the available experimental data is presented.
