The analysis of influence of features geometrical washer in high tough tread joint in phenomena stepping out during exploitation has been presented in this work. Basing on institutional, national and foreign norms this problem has been analysed. Imperfections of these norms have been showed. Simulation of the FEM of joint with different magnitudes of geometrical parameters of washer has been presented. Changes in construction with reference to washer have been proposed.
