Rice yield forecast based on satellite and meteorological data.

摘要

This paper gives a methodological approach to forecasting rice yield in Russia, from 2004 to 2008, based on MODIS satellite data in combination with meteorological information. Underlying the approach is modelling the accumulation of rice biomass during growth and development.
