AIRIA WR - Pune Chapter conducted two programs in Pune on 6th Jan 2016: (a) A presentation by Head of RSDC, Mr. Vinod Simon, (b) Meet the Mentor with Mr. R.S. Agarwal, Chairman of Jayashree Group. At the program outset, Mr. Vinod Simon, Mr. R.S. Agarwal, Mr. Vikram Makar & Mr. Sachin Chandak were welcomed by Mr. D.T. Keswani. Mr. Vinod Simon gave a detailed presentation on RSDC (Rubber Skill Development Council) and explained that the objectives are to provide employment opportunities to youth across the nation, create career paths in roles existing within the unorganized and organized segments of the manufacturing & plantation sector of the rubber industry and to ensure active participation of the industry in absorption of skilled manpower generated through RSDC.
