COURT POSTPONES HEARING IN BMSK BANKRUPTCY CASE TO APRIL 11

(Interfax) - The Bashkortostan Arbitration Court at a session on February 2 postponed hearings in a case involving the bankruptcy of Sibai-based Bashkir Copper-Sulfur Combine (BMSK) (RTS: BMSK) to April 11, an Interfax correspondent reported on February 2 from the court. The court thus satisfied an appeal from the plaintiff in the case - the Magnitogorsk-based Uralpromsnab Trading House and its manager Andrei Bersenyev, who said that a meeting of creditors that was slated for January 20 did not take place because he had not being given official authorization as manager.
