LONDON. (Interfax) - Eurasia Gold, a Toronto-listed company with gold mining properties in Kazakhstan, has announced plans to carry out a listing on the London Stock Exchange. The share offering is to be carried out in March. The company did not specify the size of the offering. The Financial Times reported earlier that Eurasia plans to raise 3130 million-150 million dollars with the offering in order to finance new projects. The company's market capitalization is expected to reach 500 million dollars following the offering. The Mukashev family now controls about 54 percent of Eurasia Gold, and Russian tycoon Viktor Vekselberg controls 24.9 percent.
