MOSCOW. (Interfax) - Boksitogorsk Alumina (Boksitogorsky Glinozyom), a division of Russian Aluminum in the Leningrad region, tripled net profit to 21.773 million rubles in the first quarter of 2006 from 7.046 million rubles in the same period in 2005, the company reported in a financial statement. Revenue increased by 1.8 percent to 482.727 million rubles from 473.772 million rubles, and gross profit rose to 101.383 million rubles from 87.200 million rubles.
