The Cyprus-based PMTL Holding Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of Jersey-based Polymetal Int, has asked the Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) for clearance to buy 66,733,230 ordinary shares of OJSC Polymetal, PMTL and Polymetal International pic said in a press release.
