Shareholders in Siberian-Urals Aluminum Company (Sual) at an extraordinary meeting accepted a dividend of 1.94 rubles per common share for the first half of 2006, Sual said in an official October 3 statement. These, the company's first ever dividends, should be paid by September 28, 2007. The company will pay a total of 4,933,307,348.08 rubles.
