The price of the new common shares that steelmaker Severstal plans to place in a closed subscription as part of the consolidation of its resource assets will be 320.74 rubles, the company said on April 14. Severstal will place 397,518,300 new shares with par value of 0.01 rubles. The placement will therefore total 127.5 billion rubles.
