Polymetal Int subsidiary offers Polymetal minorities 531 rubles per share

PMTL Holding Ltd, the subsidiary of Jersey-based Polymetal International plc, has filed with Russia's Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) an obligatory offer to JSC Polymetal minority shareholders to buy up to 66,733,230 ordinary shares in the Russian company for 531.15 rubles each, PMTL said.The company presented the offer for Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) approval on November 7.JSC Polymetal received the offer on November 23. The deadline for acceptances is 70 days, or February 1, 2012. The board will issue its recommendation to shareholders regarding the offer not later than December 8.
