Rusal, Shandong sign memorandum on possible joint business in Russia

Russian aluminum company UC Rusal and one of China's largest private aluminum producers Shandong Xinfa have signed a memorandum of intent to establish joint business in Russia, Rusal said in a statement. The document was signed on the same day as a meeting between the Chinese and Russian heads of state.
