The book Horizon:Transferware and Contemporary Ceramics is never dull reading. It was developed from a similarly titled exhibition at the National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design in Oslo in 2013-14. Closely following the curatorial focus of that exhibition, to appreciate the title fully the reader must approach it with an open mind.
