Mechel starts collecting applications for 10 bin rubles in 17th, 18th series bonds

Mechel started collected investor applications for bond series 17 and 18 each worth 5 billion rubles at 11:00 am Moscow time on May 24, the company said in a statement. The bid book for these issues will be open until 5:00 pm Moscow time, June 7. Their placement on the MICEX is slated for June 9. The issue is being organized by VTB Capital, Sberbank and Uglemetbank.
