Ukraine's State Property Fund opposes a new share issue by the VSMPO-Avisma Pipe Plant (formerly CETAB-Nikopol), a division of Russian titanium giant VSMPO-Avisma, that will increase the plant's charter capital by 24.7 million hryvni to 49.256 million hryvni, a spokesman for the Fund told Interfax on June 27. "The Fund has voiced a desire that the representative of the Nikopol Pivdennotrubny Pipe Works (NPTZ), which owns 49.8 percent of the company, vote against the share issue," he said.
