NORILSK NICKEL GETS QUOTAS FOR RAW MATERIAL WITH PRECIOUS METALS

The Russian government has given Norilsk Nickel quotas for 2006 for exports of raw materials containing precious metals, according to a Cabinet order. The government has also instructed the Economic Development and Trade Ministry to give Almazyuvelir-export a general license to export raw materials containing precious metals within the limits of the quotas set for Norilsk Nickel.
