The Limassol District Court in Cyprus has lifted an injunction on the sale of shares in Rosbank by KM Invest, the company that controls joint assets of the Russian businessmen Vladimir Potanin and Mikhail Prokhorov, a source at Potanin's Interros holding told Interfax on February 11. The source said KM Invest petitioned the court to lift the ban. KM Technologies, a Cyprus-registered subsidiary of KM Invest, is selling the shares.
