Formation and functioning of the information and consultation service of an agroindustrial complex

The organizational, functional, economic, and social principles of the formation and functioning of the information and consultation service of an agroindustrial complex are given. The information and consultation service of an agroindustrial complex(AIC) is a complicated and multilevel system including federal, regional, district (interdistrict), as well as individual subjects performing information and consultation activities. Its formation and functioning should be realized in accordance with certain principles, the strict observance of which enables the information and consultation service to provide its effective activities. These principles are called upon to determine the basis of the formation of the service, that is, the rules of its organization, to outline the main directions of its activities, and to establish the main parameters of the economic mechanism of functioning.
