Britain's Ovoca Gold has signed a conditional acquisition agreement to acquire a 74 percent interest in Ayax Prospectors' Artel, which holds the license to the Goltsovoye gold deposit in Russia's Magadan region from the shareholders of Ayax, Ovoca Gold said in an April 18 press release. Ayax owns a 100 percent interest in the Goltsovoye deposit, a silver deposit located in the district of Omsuk-chan in the Magadan region.
