NOVOSIBIRSK TIN RESTRUCTURES 300 MILLION RUBLES IN BONDS

Novosibirsk Tin Combine (NOK) has signed debt restructuring agreements with the holders of 330 million rubles worth of second-series bonds on which it defaulted in the autumn. "We've agreed for the most part, all that is left is to get [some] of the amicable agreements through court. We've restructured about 90 percent [of the debt]. So far we've postponed the offer until October 6, 2009. Then we'll see. Maybe we'll set a new [coupon] rate," Vladimir Sherstov, the Russian tin monopoly's deputy general director, told Interfax on March 16.
