The Russian Federal Subsurface Resources Agency (Rosnedra) will not now unveil a list of federal mineral deposits until early 2009, a source at the agency told Interfax. "The list has been endorsed, but we won't manage to publish it this year, so everything is being put back until early 2009," the source said before the new year.
