Coal producer Belon expects coking coal prices to stabilize ion the third quarter, Konstantin Lagutin, the company's first deputy general director, told Interfax on June 19. "Talks on lowering prices are not being conducted [with Belon]. Both the global and Russian markets have stabilized.
