United Company RUSAL (UC RUSAL) has signed all the necessary documents on the comprehensive restructuring of its debt of 16.8 billion, the Russian aluminum giant said in a press release on December 3. The signing of the restructuring deal reinforces the competitive position of the company and allows it to concentrate on implementing its new strategic objectives, the company said.
