Sberbank, VEB likely to refinance 4.5-billion dollars RUSAL loan

Sberbank and Vnesheconombank (VEB) will probably refinance a loan of 4.5 billion dollars issued to aluminum giant UC RUSAL, Sberbank chief German Gref told reporters.
