GOTCOM -- A comprehensive program for new customer services based on a new communication infrastructure

Through the CotCom solution, which will integrate the activities of the electric company Vattenfall, customers will gain access to services and value-added benefits such as exact, by-the-hour invoices, better information ,about theirenergy-consumption. The GotCom solution has some advantages for the group a more efficient network with continuous monitoring of net-load, information an power-cuts and the regulation of network stations via a graphic user-interface. The system will bebased on standard technical solutions and off-the-shelf systems.
