摘要

The last decade has seen rapid growth in new technologies for controlling production processes. On the world market there has appeared a broad gamut of technical programming means, transforming the previous approach to the construction of the industrial ASUTP [automatic control systems - technological processes]. Specifically, we observe complete rejection of the centralized radial ASUTP structures that are based on the use of large multi-user control computers that are concentrated in a single room (the central operator's station). Wide use is made of the distributed control structure, in which distributedness is understood both in the functional sense (the distribution of the control functions among the individual technical devices) and also in the sense of the territorial location of the equipment. The controlling equipment is integrated actively into the technological structures, shifting the control tools directly to the operator/technician workplaces.
