Synthesis and identification of quercetin benzyl ethers

摘要

We have studied the effects of the benzylating agent character, the reactants ratio, and the solvent nature on the composition of the products of quercetin benzylation. The structure of the products has been confirmed by IR, UV, H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR, and mass spectra.
